Argo is a student team from the University of Belgrade designing autonomous rovers and experimental rockets.
We promote student innovation in robotics and aerospace through hands‑on projects, research, and competition. Our team focuses on practical engineering: control systems, avionics, manufacturing, testing, and public outreach. We aim to represent Serbia in international competitions like the European Rover Challenge (ERC).
Our next-generation rover features an all‑terrain drivetrain, robotic arm, autonomous navigation, and robust comms system. It targets ERC 2026 for field testing and competition readiness.
Excalibur is our first experimental sounding rocket, aiming for 4 km apogee. It features a recovery system and a custom avionics stack. The project pioneers student rocketry in the Western Balkans.
Controllable replica of the Sojourner rover for the Palace of Science, bringing planetary robotics closer to the public.
Developed in collaboration with Imperial Planetary Robotics Lab, Rover ’24 competed at ERC 2024 with a UAV + rover combo system.
Hands-on training and hackathon organized for Microsoft Development Centre Serbia, focused on software engineering excellence.
Autonomous UAV subproject of Rover ’24 for imaging and aerial scouting.
